All because of how she was dressed 😱
A friend shared that she had been having conversations with a prospect, the buying signals were there and the prospect had even interviewed her previous clients, but my friend sensed hesitation from the prospect. She seemed hesitant to make the decision to work with her
She asked her what was holding her back from investing in her coaching program, because it seemed like she was interested
The prospect replied that her LinkedIn picture, of her dressed in her very corporate suit, made her unsure my friend would be able to help and support her. You see, the prospect was a business owner, and not in corporate. She wasn’t sure my friend could help her with her entrepreneurial struggles! The dots didn’t connect for her.
